Barre Class

Barre Borrows from elements of Ballet, Pilates,  & Yoga. Targeting arms, legs, glutes, and core muscle groups are fatigued via small targeted movements, high numbers of repetitions, and light weight or resistance

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. It puts emphasis on breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. Classes will be on the mat, either with props or only your own body weight to work with.
